Tickets for the museum can be purchased onsite but are not included in the price of your Nile Cruise and Stay in Hurghada package.
After your Giza Plateau tour, you will be taken for lunch at a good local restaurant, and then you will travel to the Sakkara necropolis to see some more pyramids, including the Djoser Step Pyramid which was the very first pyramid ever built in Egypt.
Once you are finished at Sakkara, you will then be taken to see Memphis which was the capital of the Old Kingdom. While here, you will also have some time to explore the old necropolis, and then you will be driven back to your hotel.

Once your tours are complete, you’ll be transferred to Cairo airport for a flight to Aswan, where you’ll be met and assisted, then taken to your hotel. From there, enjoy a seamless journey through the wonders of Egypt, or consider a Nile cruise and stay in Hurghada to extend your adventure by combining ancient history with a relaxing Red Sea escape.

Customer Review
Egypt (Cairo & Nile Cruise) with NileCruiseHolidays, Petra, and Jerusalem
Great trip at a great price with small group of 10 (including our family of four) or mostly just the four of us with a guide and driver. Eman did a fantastic job setting everything up including adding Jordan and Israel on to the trip. Everything went as planned with drivers and guides meeting us at every airport.
Ashraf, our guide for the Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan was an experienced archeologist with a wealth of knowledge he readily shared – truly outstanding. Ahmad, our guide in Cairo and Memphis, really made us feel welcome and at home – more like a friend than just a guide. We decided not to do the hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings but did add a great excursion to a Nubian village and swim in the Nile near Aswan. NileCruiseHolidays was a great value combination of service, performance, and price.
