Itinerary 1: 4 DAY FROM ASWAN TO LUXOR
DAY 1 – Board the Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise and Aswan Tour
On arrival at the airport or railway station in Aswan, one of our tour representatives will meet you and welcome you, and then he will take you to Aswan port for your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise After you have boarded this beautiful 5-Star cruise ship, you will a bit of time to drop your belongings off in your cabin, and then it will be time for you to enjoy your first lunch on the water.
Shortly after lunch, one of our own tour guides will escort you and a small group of our other clients on a tour to see three fascinating attractions in Aswan. Today you will visit the Aswan High Dam; the splendid ancient Temple of Philae, and the massive Unfinished Obelisk.
After your tour, you will head back to the cruise ship, and you will spend this night of you cruise on the Nile at Aswan.

DAY 2 – Sail to Kom Ombo Temple and on to Edfu
Enjoy a good breakfast on the river while the Royal Lotus is sailing to Kom Ombo, and then have the remainder of the morning for yourself to enjoy as you wish. Lunch and afternoon tea will be served aboard the Royal Lotus, and shortly after you have enjoyed your afternoon tea, our tour guide will then escort you on a tour to Kom Ombo Temple.
Kom Ombo Temple is one of the most intriguing ancient temples in Egypt because it is essentially two temples in one. One of these was dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and one was dedicated to Haeroris. Because of this, both sections had to be completely identical so as not to offend either of the two gods.
Following your tour of this site, you will return to your cruise ship, and it will then cruise to Edfu where you will be spending this night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise on the water.

DAY 3 – Horus Temple Tour and Sail to Luxor via Esna
Enjoy your breakfast on the water at Edfu, and then you will again be leaving the ship with our tour guide and the other members of your group for a visit to Horus Temple. This temple was built between 237 and 57 BC, and it is today the best-preserved ancient monument in Egypt, having been buried under the desert sand for more than 2,000.
After spending some time at Horus Temple, you will make your way back to the Royal Lotus, and it will then set cruise to Luxor, sailing via Esna. Lunch will be served at the usual time, and then you will have some free time for yourself until Afternoon tea is served, after which you will disembark with our tour guide for a tour to Luxor’s East Bank.
During your East Bank tour, you will visit the incredible Karnak Temple complex. This is a vast archeological site covering an area of around 5,000 square meters. From there, you will be taken to see Luxor Temple , and then you will once again return to the boat, and dinner will again be served at the usual time. There will also be an authentic Egyptian Belly Dance show aboard the ship in the evening, and you will be spending the last night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise on the Nile at Luxor.

DAY 4 – Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise Disembarkation, West Bank Tour, and Departure
After breakfast today, you will check out and disembark from your cruise, and then our guide will escort you on a tour of the West Bank. First you will visit an ancient royal necropolis know as the Valley of the Kings. Both Ramesses the 6th and King Tutankhamen were entombed at this site. After spending some time at the necropolis, you will then be taken to see another incredibly ancient monument, the rock-cut mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
After this visit, your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise package ends, and you will be driven to the airport or to the railway station for your departure.

Itinerary 2: 5 DAY FROM LUXOR TO ASWAN
DAY 1 – Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise Embarkation and Luxor Tour
When you arrive at the airport or the train station in Luxor we will have one of two are Representatives standing by to meet you. He will then escort you to the area where you were bored your 5-Star Nile cruise ship. Shortly after embarkation, you will be served a good lunch on the ship and then you will be taken for your first tour which will see you visiting the East Bank. During this tour, you will visit Karnak Temple and also Luxor Temple.
After your tour is complete you will return to the ship in time for dinner and then after you have eaten you will have the rest of the evening to yourself. The first night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise will be spent on the Nile at Luxor.

Day 2: West Bank Tour and Sail to Edfu
Enjoy a nice early breakfast and then after you have eaten you will be taken for another excursion this time to see two of the best ancient monuments on the West Bank. During this particular tour, you will visit Valley of the Kings, and then the spectacular rock-cut temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Once your tour is finished, you will then return to the cruise ship and it will begin sailingg to Edfu via Esna. Enjoy a good lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner on board the ship, all of which will be served at the usual times. This night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise will be spent on the Nile at Edfu.

Day 3: Sail to Aswan with Excursions at Edfu and Kom Ombo
Start your day with another good breakfast and then you will once again enjoy another excursion, this time to see the best preserved temple of the ancient world. Edfu Temple was deserted by the Romans and eventually became buried beneath the desert sand. It remained this way for more than 2000 years before it was rediscovered.
After your tour is finished, you will return to the ship and it will then begin sailing to Aswan via Kom Ombo. When it reaches Kom Ombo, our tour guide will escort you on another tour, this time to see the Kom Ombo Temple. This Temple is very unique in that it was originally dedicated to two different gods. After your visit to this temple you will return to the ship and it will cruise to Aswan. Lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner will be served at the usual times, and this night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise will be spent on the Nile at Aswan.

DAY 4 – Aswan Monuments Tour
Wake up to another good breakfast and then our tour guide will escort you on a tour to see some of the most popular tourist attractions in Aswan. First you will visit the Aswan High Dam, a massive technological undertaking which quite literally changed the face and future of Egypt forever. Next you will visit the huge unfinished obelisk, and then finally you will be taken to see the incredible Ancient Temple of Philae.
Shortly after returning to the cruise ship, you will enjoy another good lunch on board the vessel and then you will have the reminder of this day to yourself to enjoy as you wish. Afternoon tea and dinner will of course be served at the usual times, and this night of your Movenpick Royal Lotus Nile Cruise will be spent on the water at Aswan.
