In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only the change/cancellation fees will be applied for flights according to the airline’s terms and conditions and bank surcharges applied on the deposit amount paid.

All tour itineraries on our site show exactly what hotels and cruises are included during your stay. While we make every effort to book our clients into the accommodation choice displayed, we do however reserve the right to book clients into accommodation of a similar quality and standard if we have been left with no other choice. We also reserve the right to increase hotel rates without prior notice if need be. If hotel rates increase after you have made your reservation and paid your deposit, you will not be affected by any increase in accommodation rates.

Flights Policy

Prices displayed on our itinerary pages include the average cost of any included flights. Flight costs can increase without notice prior to your flights actually being booked. Any changes you request regarding your flights, including departure times can also affect the overall cost of your chosen tour.

Even though we can help to book your international flights, we highly recommend that you book all your international flights yourself in your country. In the even that you ask us to book your international flights, you will need to send us payment for the flights because airline companies demand full payment at the time booking a flight. Payments can be made using a credit card or via direct bank transfer.
