While Jordan does not at this point offer online visas, it is easy to obtain a Single Entry 30-day Tourist Visa on arrival. These visas cost 40 JOD (about £45). Multiple Entry visas for Jordan can only be obtained from Jordanian embassies and consulates. If you are going to be spending less than one full day in Jordan, no visa is required. Both Egypt and Jordan have the same policies regarding passports. You must have at least one blank for entry into Egypt, and one blank page for Jordan. There must also be at least six months validity remaining in your passport. This is calculated based on the date on which you are scheduled to leave each country.

If you don’t have 6 months validity remaining, it is unlike that you will be granted visas for Egypt and Jordan. Even if you manage to obtain an e-Visa, if you don’t have 6 months validity remaining, immigration official have the authority to deny you entry.
